Lancaster County Amish Barnraising Log Cabin quilt that is unusual in: pattern; size and color palette. Rarely did the Lancaster County Amish do log cabin patterns. Interestingly, though the actual pattern is quite different, the overall graphic is very similar to their iconic Diamond in a Square pattern. Excellent condition; floral quilting in border. Wool fabrics: teal and khaki colors are out of the ordinary for the Lancaster Amish. What appears to be gray on my monitor is actually a soft teal blue; what may look olive greenish is khaki. Measures 66" square - ideal size for hanging.
