This pieced Maple Leaf quilt with trapunto Pineapples is a most unusual and beautiful combination of patterns. The green leaves are a medium/dark shade of green with a lighter tone for the applique border. The binding is a lighter blue/green color. The trapunto pineapples are exquisitely stitched. Diagonal placement of the leaves adds wonderful movement to the overall design. The quilt has been professionally laundered and is in excellent condition. Measurements are 80" x 86". Made circa 1860.
