This unusual star variation goes by several names, most often Crescent Star or Star of the West. It is done in a beautiful shade of medium blue. It is well quilted with a variety of curvilinear designs. The border is a creative continuation of the primary pattern.The quilt has been professionally laundered and is in excellent condition. Measurements are 74" x 86". Pennsylvania origin; Circa 1920.
