Nicely pieced and quilted Rising Suns (aka Sunflower) quilt. The tips of the Suns are just one inch apart giving a nice intensity to the pattern. It is quilted throughout with small squares. The quilt measures 72" x 82". It has been professionally laundered and is in excellent condition. Pennsylvania origin; circa 1880.
