This Torque bangle bracelet by Frank Gehry for Tiffany scales his architectural genius down to the size of jewelry. The bracelet is the ultimate in silver chic.The inner diameter is 2 5/16" fitting a small/ medium size hand. It weighs a rather extraordinary 167 grams. The bracelet is 2 1/2" outer diameter and 1 3/4" tall. It is sold with the original Tiffany pouch.

This Postage Stamp quilt forms a wonderful overall pattern by the use of light and dark fabrics. Both prints and solids are incorporated in this dramatic design. The red and white polka dot material of the border is continued within the quilt to create the triangles on each side.The backing is an ivory tone cotton sateen. The quilt is in excellent condition. It is from Pennsylvania; last quarter of the 19th century. Measurements are 74" x 76".

This appliqued; pieced and embroidered doll quilt is an unusual combination of pattern and technique. It is divided into an overall windowpane design within which are a combination of flowers and strips much like a log cabin. The entire composition is thoughtfully and imaginatively laid out. The quilt is professionally mounted on a stretcher measuring 20" x 20 1/2". Excellent condition; Pennsylvania origin; circa 1890.

Paloma Picasso Sterling and Hematite Earrings   $675.00  

Bold and striking silver earrings with hematite by Pablo Picasso's youngest daughter, Paloma. They are signed Paloma Picasso and dated 1985. The earrings measure 1 inch in length and 3/4 inch in width. Clip backs can be converted to posts; excellent condition. Light spots are reflections - not dings.

Feeling patriotic, anyone? This unusual Shields quilt is combined with diamonds in squares to create an original, all-American design. Half diamonds frame the pattern well. The quilting is not elaborate. It is done in straight lines in the body of the quilt and diamonds in the border. The concentric diamonds are machine appliqued. The quilt is in excellent condition. There is one light smudge that can likely be removed with a wash but I have done nothing to it as I do not find it... Click for details

Nine Patch Medallion Quilt: Circa 1920; Pennsylvania   $975  

The basis of this quilt is a Nine Patch pattern but the way it is put together adds additional interest. The alternating of light and dark blocks in addition to the center frame make it a wonderfully abstract composition. It is a beautiful shade of medium blue from the 1920's. The quilt is in pristine, un-used condition. Measurements are 82" x 98"; Pennsylvania origin.

HUGE Silver Ring with Inlaid Stones

This stunning silver ring is like a painting to wear on a finger. Inlaid stones of a variety of turquoise; lapis lazuli; coral and ironwood make a beautiful composition. The ring is 2 1/8" long and 1 7/16" at its widest. Condition is excellent. The ring can be worn equally well by a man or woman. It is size 7 3/4 but can be sized up or down. It appears to be signed CP.

This Princess Feather (aka Prince's Feather) quilt has two particularly unusual features. The central motif as well as the centers of the feathers are all stuffed applique. Four hearts surround the very center motif. Yellow within the stuffed work appliques really makes them pop. The other especially distinctive feature is that the feathers terminate in unusual pointed shapes.The quilt is in excellent, unwashed condition. It is nicely quilted with a variety of patterns. This Light and Dark Log Cabin quilt is a fine example of the logs often made of fine wool challis in Pennsylvania during the third quarter of the 19th century. This quilt has more going for it than being beautifully made and color coordinated. It is also well documented and illustrated in "Layers: Unfolding the Stories of Chester County Quilts".
