William Spratling Silver & Obsidian Starfish   Inquire for Price

Stunning and rare Starfish brooch and pendant by William Spratling. It is not uncommon to find the starfish theme in his work in silver alone. The three layers, though, with obsidian sandwiched between the silver, is quite rare. Measures 2 3/4" wide and 3" long. Several minute chips along the edge of the stone can be seen only with close examination. Hallmark dates to 1964-7.
